Condominium is simply a privately owned apartment.
Condominiums can be
owned by one individual or several individuals. Another
difference you may find between an apartment and condominium, is that
an apartment complex does not charge anything for maintenance,
as for a condominium, maintenance will depend on the owner of the
condominium.
Other then that there are very little differences between
condominiums and apartments.
